Bolivia Munay Inc. is proud to present Amerindian Festival 2008 - Celebrating Indigeneous Cultures of the Americas to be held Saturday, 1st November at Bonnyrigg Sports Club, 610-618 Elizabeth Drive , Bonnyrigg, commencing at 7:00pm.

This event marks our 6th annual fundraiser and is the first of it's kind in Sydney. We assure you it will be a cultural and entertaining experience with live performances from Mi Tierra Australia's leading latin band and dance groups Bolivia Mia winners of Danzamerica 2007 in Cordoba Argentina, Te Amo Peru, Aires Colombianos, and Mexican Dance Group Australia.

Proceeds of this event will be donated to the Compassion Australia Restauracion Child Development Centre in La Paz Bolivia. The children attending this centre has grown from an initial 130 children in 2001 to over 600 children. This growth has put pressure on existing resources and infrastructure. Currently, the main needs are for an adequate kitchen, storage room and lunch room.
